We collect information via the enquiry form for the purposes of providing you with an appropriate response. We need information such as your telephone number and e-mail address so we can reply, but also if we need to understand your enquiry better, we may need to contact you before we can answer. The information we collect about you will only be used for this purpose.

Information that identifies you will only be made available to authorised staff for the purposes of answering your enquiry. All staff are committed to keeping your information secure and confidential, and for sharing the information only as described above.
Anonimous information will also be used to plan how we respond to enquiries in the future and retained for this purpose as described above.
Checking information held
You will be able to check what information is held on you but in almost all circumstances the information held will be that which you have shared with us. Should you wish to ensure the information held is correct you will need to request a copy by writing to: PO Box 118, Newton Aycliffe, Co Durham DL5 6YX or email info@pical.org
We will acknowledge your request no later than 30 days after the request and will send you a printout of information held. If you feel the information is incorrect then you should contact the provider of the printout.
